ISG Advantages
Import Smarter with ImportLogix
Reasons businesses trust ISG to cut import costs, streamline compliance, and gain a competitive edge.

Savings & Business Impact
A Structured Path to Implementation
ISG estimates that suppliers can complete the initial survey in less than one week. Importer verification typically takes about one month, depending on supplier cooperation, supporting records, and any outside customs review.
Proven Tariff & Duty Reductions
All ISG clients have achieved annual tariff and duty savings of more than 15%, with many achieving 30% or more. Incremental savings of 1%–2% across applicable supplier cost categories can add up to significant EBITDA gains. Lower dutiable values may also reduce customs bond costs, depending on the bond’s terms and requirements.
Customized Pricing
ImportLogix pricing is customized based on your company profile, including your import volume, tariff and duty spend, supplier relationships, and projected savings. ISG reviews pricing with you before you enter an agreement, and additional legal reviewer, import manager, and supplier seats are included at no extra cost. Under the Discount Guarantee, ISG reduces the subscription proportionally if realized tariff and duty savings, measured before the ISG subscription fee, fall below the savings projection in your agreement after the supply chain review and implementation of ISG recommendations. The agreement governs the measurement period and how the discount is applied.
Stronger Supplier Relationships
Suppliers complete a structured survey, identify supporting records, and verify actual costs for each shipment. Importers review the information and resolve questions with suppliers through the platform.
Operational Efficiency
Efficiency that Saves
ImportLogix organizes supplier questionnaires, follow-up questions, documentation, and review status. Existing managers and buyers can coordinate the process, with resource needs depending on the importer’s review requirements.
Proactive Accuracy
ImportLogix eliminates costly post-entry reconciliations and True-Up cycles by keeping shipment values continuously aligned with real supplier costs using our Supplier General Ledger.
Shipment-Level Documentation
To support the savings review, ImportLogix generates a Supplier General Ledger that organizes qualifying non-dutiable services and fees that would otherwise be included in dutiable product costs. Suppliers verify the amounts, and importers review the supporting evidence for each proposed exclusion.
Worldwide Supplier Scalability
ImportLogix scales across suppliers in 200+ countries, territories, and regional associations, applying consistent savings strategies to global cost data while focusing on U.S. Customs compliance and tariff reduction.
Legal Strategy & Compliance
Proven Legal Tariff Reduction Strategy
ImportLogix reviews additional allowable opportunities alongside First Sale, Foreign Trade Zone, HTS, and country-of-origin strategies. It works with existing brokers, forwarders, and sourcing relationships.
Template Services & Fees Agreements
ImportLogix organizes savings reports, importer and supplier agreement templates, responses to documentation questions, supplier records, and shipment ledgers for review. The importer remains responsible for verifying the information used in customs declarations.
Backed by U.S. Customs Legal Experts
The platform’s CBP rulings, summaries, examples, and source links were developed with Am Law 100 and 200 firms and vetted by customs brokers. ISG provides platform updates as CBP rulings evolve during the service agreement.
