Import Savings Group LLC, a Tennessee Limited Liability Company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your personal information, as well as your rights and choices in relation to that information, when you visit ImportLogix.com or use our services (the “Services”) and any other websites, applications, or online services, other than the Services, that we operate and that include a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively the “Site”). 

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service in effect at the time of use. If you do not agree with the terms of Policy or Terms of Services, please do not use our Site or Services. 

Throughout this Policy, we refer to the term “personal information.” Personal information means data which identifies, describes, is associated with, or for which an individual’s identity may reasonably be determined, such as a name, birthdate, postal address, email address, telephone number, driver’s license number, Social Security Number or other government-issued identification number, credit card number, or other unique identifiers. It does not include information that is publicly available, such as information appearing in federal, state, or local records.

Personal Information does not include anonymous or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify a specific person, even if combined with other data. Also, we may collect information related to businesses, companies, institutions, or other entities rather than individuals (“Business Information”). We do not consider Business Information, such as such as title, employer’s name, work email, work phone number, work address, and other similar business information, to be personal information.

In some jurisdictions certain personal information is considered “sensitive personal information.” Sensitive personal information includes your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data used to identify a person, health-related data, and sexual orientation.

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information. When we use Personal Information for our business purposes outside the provision of our Products to our customers, we consider the rights and interests of individuals in relation to our interests and do our best to protect the interests of individuals.

The Site may also use available web-based technologies to collect personal information, such as cookies, pixels, or web beacons. Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on users’ computers or devices. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on online services, pages visited, referring URL, and other traffic and usage data. We may also use cookies for purposes such as determining what features interest our users, revising our site features or operations, and as further described below.

The Site may also use other tracking systems such as log files and pixel tags. For example, pixel tags, sometimes called web beacons, are similar in function to a cookie and can tell us certain information like what content has been viewed.

Third Party Site Analytics, Ad Servers, and Similar Third Parties

We use third-party analytics software provided by Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects information associated with the Site (such as information about your browser, network, and device, web pages visited before and during your view of the Site, and your IP address) that is not used to identify a user. This information helps us better understand how visitors use our Site, detect and defend against fraud and other security risks, and present advertisements, products, and/or services of interest to you. We work with network advertisers, ad agencies, and other vendors to provide us with information regarding traffic on the Site (including pages viewed and the actions taken when visiting the Site), to serve our advertisements elsewhere online, and to provide us with information regarding the use of the Site and the effectiveness of our advertisements. We will not disclose any of your personal information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under circumstances described in this Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include: (a) Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, (b) Restricted access to personal data, and (c) Regular security audits and vulnerability scans. Despite these efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of any of your data or personal information. The use of the Site is at your own risk with full knowledge that the Company cannot provide absolute security to your data and information.

We do our best to ensure that the personal information we hold, and use is accurate. We rely on the individuals we do business with to disclose to us all relevant information and to inform us of any changes. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When we have no legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. In all instances aside from backup files, unless otherwise permitted or required to maintain by law or to allow for the purpose for which information was collected, we will delete your Personal Information two years after your last contact with us.

  1. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals across the internet is available, and we cannot control the DNT handling of third parties that may interact with our Site. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately. If you are the parent of a child under 18, and you believe that your child has provided us with information about him or herself, please contact us using the contact information at the end of this Policy. personal information
